• Oversee a portfolio of onboarding projects for new customers to ensure they are completed successfully and on time, with weekly progress reports for assigned clients.
• Organize, schedule, and facilitate regular strategic meetings to assist customers in becoming proficient with our solution, including domain-specific configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of customer needs to effectively address their business objectives, leveraging our solution's capabilities and benefits throughout the onboarding journey.
• Educate and empower new customers to maximize their value from Kegmil as a solution expert.
• Quickly identify and escalate issues while channeling customer feedback to inform feature enhancements and prioritization, contributing to our product roadmap and successful use cases.
• Enhance the efficiency of our onboarding process by continuously developing best practices and implementing process improvements.
• An attentive listener and empathetic communicator who is genuinely interested and eager to explore, ideate, and seek solutions for customers’ technical and non-technical challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively through multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellent follow-through – ensuring no task is overlooked.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where ambiguity is commonplace.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management, customer support, product or project management, and sales, preferably within the software or tech industry.
