This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with distributors and channel partners.
• Ensure that sales targets are achieved and channel strategies are implemented efficiently.
• Track distributor performance against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners.
• Offer sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior management.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams for channel campaigns and promotional activities.
• Discover new channel opportunities and broaden market reach.
• Provide training and support to distributors to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in channel sales, distributor management, or business development.
• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong skills in negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to collaborate across various functions including marketing, finance, and operations teams.
