This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Proactively engage and secure new SME clients through strategic cold outreach, both via phone and in-person interactions.
• Evaluate customer requirements and effectively showcase our IT solutions.
• Sustainably manage and develop your own customer portfolio while uncovering new sales potential.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from initial contact through to proposal and closing.
• Represent our organization at trade fairs and industry events.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in sales or field sales, preferably within the IT industry.
• Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation abilities; fluent in German, both spoken and written.
• Self-reliant work ethic, high levels of motivation, and robust organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and possess a valid Class B driving license.
