Sales Center Agent, Bilingual Spanish/English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming sales calls from customers, assessing their storage requirements and suggesting suitable storage units.

• Possess the capability to address objections effectively to secure reservations for storage units or finalize rentals via phone.

• Assist current customers by responding to inquiries, processing payments, and resolving any issues.

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on rental bookings.

• Achieve individual and team-specific qualitative and quantitative objectives.

• Execute tasks assigned by Supervisor(s).
