Sales Call Center Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide first-level inbound support to existing customers.

• Offer technical assistance for issues related to TV, telephone, and internet services.

• Deliver product recommendations based on customer needs and optimize contracts.

• Engage in sales conversations during each customer interaction.

• Assist customers of major German energy and telecommunications companies as part of the Vodafone team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment.

• Preferably, experience in technical services within the telecommunications sector.

• At least 1 year of sales experience required.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets.

• Must be willing to reliably work the designated hours.

• No secondary employment is permitted.

• Excellent German language skills at C1 level are essential.

• Must reside in Germany.

• Career changers will not be considered; proven experience in support and sales roles is mandatory.
