This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will conduct your own prospecting in alignment with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and strategic positioning.
• You will reach out to relevant stakeholders through LinkedIn and other platforms to arrange follow-up meetings.
• You will research your own lead lists and establish campaigns within HubSpot.
• You will identify the needs and challenges of various companies.
• You will test different channels and messaging strategies to discover the most effective approach.
• You have a passion for cold outreach and excel at engaging decision-makers.
• Generating leads on a daily basis is one of your strong suits.
• You possess a proven track record in selling B2B services.
• You have experience working with mid-sized companies (SMEs), whether as an employer or a client.
• You operate in a self-organized, results-driven manner—both collaboratively and independently.
• You work systematically and efficiently with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• You communicate professionally in German (C1 level).
• You appreciate a stable fixed salary and do not rely on bonuses to achieve your best performance.
