This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify market and business opportunities within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Facility Management (FM) sectors in Germany, and create and execute customized customer strategies.
• Acquire new clients through phone calls, video conferences, social selling, and face-to-face meetings to promote our EAM & CAFM software, CareOffice.
• Engage in professional negotiations with decision-makers.
• Establish and nurture long-lasting business relationships in Germany.
• Prepare detailed proposals and solution concepts tailored to meet customer requirements and their application landscape, in collaboration with technical colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales teams, project managers, product owners, development, and marketing departments.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and across social media platforms.
• Several years of hands-on experience in sales management and business development, including revenue accountability, with a keen interest in enhancing expertise in Enterprise Asset Management and Facility Management digitalization.
• Technical education or degree; training in sales or business administration is a plus.
• Persuasive communication skills and strong negotiation capabilities.
• A networked mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and high levels of self-motivation.
• Independent, organized, and results-driven working approach.
• Proficient in software applications (Windows, Office, ERP, EAM/CAFM, etc.).
• Excellent German language skills and good proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region, primarily in Germany and Switzerland.
