This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversees the direct sales process and meets established sales targets.
• Responsible for engaging with current and prospective clients through visits.
• Manages routine account activities effectively.
• Develops and presents both short-term and long-term sales plans while crafting sales strategies using available marketing initiatives to achieve set targets.
• Ensures clients receive exceptional customer service.
• A university degree is required (i.e., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant experience in the field.
• Must be a collaborative team member capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills necessary to achieve desired results.
• High personal and professional ethical standards and integrity.
• Holds oneself accountable for meeting goals and expectations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all organizational levels, including suppliers and external clients.
