Sales & BD Manager – Eastern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Overseeing all sales-related components of large EPC solar initiatives.

• Cultivating customer relationships and seeking out new clients.

• Traveling to meet customers both domestically and internationally.

• Evaluating the requirements of various stakeholders and relaying that information to the appropriate departments.

• Organizing and coordinating all tasks during the sales process.

• Continuously enhancing the company's internal sales strategies.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers at Greencells until the project is handed over to the execution team.

• Managing opportunities and risks in the renewable market by adhering to sales policies, conducting opportunity reviews, holding risk-assessment meetings with all relevant project departments, and negotiating contracts to minimize risk exposure for the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success as a sales-driven manager with a background in utility-scale PV EPC services.

• Strong technical knowledge of PV and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).

• Extensive and active network within the Romanian and Eastern European renewable energy sector.

• A responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented work ethic, with the ability to effectively apply professional expertise in daily tasks.

• A dedication to fostering respectful, trusting collaboration and mutual support within the team.

• Native Romanian speaker with fluent English proficiency (both written and spoken).

• Proficiency in additional languages such as Ukrainian or Hungarian is considered an asset.

• Willingness to travel both locally and internationally.

• Strong skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication.

• A commercial mindset with the capability to evaluate and manage opportunities and risks.
