This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial contact for prospective new businesses to qualify leads and outline the subsequent steps for each prospect.

• Oversee and participate in meetings with potential clients, managing introductions and follow-ups with sales representatives.

• Foster active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales opportunities.

• Execute high-volume prospecting to qualify leads via calls, emails, and various social media platforms to spark interest in our clients’ offerings.

• Customize outreach efforts to companies to effectively generate leads.

• Assist senior sales team members in outbound strategies and lead generation initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with sales teams by introducing innovative lead generation concepts at each weekly meeting.

• Meet monthly forecast goals for both leading and lagging success indicators, including maintaining baseline metrics for Call and Email Open Rates, Response Rates, and Conversion Rates, ultimately achieving monthly targets for both “Meetings Set” and “Meetings Qualified” exceeding +80%.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience in SaaS/Technology or B2B sectors.

• Background in the HR/Recruiting industry is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency with sales enablement tools, including Sales Data, Sales Engagement, and Sales CRM platforms.

• Proven experience in outbound email outreach, cold calling, or social selling techniques.

• A readiness to master sales technologies to support a data-driven sales environment.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding tech sales organization.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills, with the ability to tailor messaging through written communication.
