Sales Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management and support of sales automation workflows and outreach initiatives

• Keep CRM systems and sales databases up to date and well-maintained

• Aid in lead generation, outreach planning, and follow-up efforts

• Oversee automation campaigns and guarantee precise execution of workflows

• Facilitate communication with prospects, clients, and internal teams

• Monitor sales activities, track reporting metrics, and provide operational updates

• Recognize opportunities for enhancing sales processes and improving automation efficiency

• Ensure accurate documentation and maintain workflow records

• Provide support for administrative and operational sales tasks as necessary

• Assist with various sales operations and automation projects as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is strongly preferred

• Prior experience in sales operations, sales support, automation, lead generation, or CRM management is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary

• Technologically adept with the capability to rapidly learn new systems and automation platforms is required

• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential

• A keen attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities are required

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic remote environment

• Experience with sales automation tools and workflow platforms is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred

• Must have a reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup
