📋 Description

• Inbound Consignment Lead Management: Oversee the Inbound Consignment Leads Pipeline effectively, ensuring a seamless transition for leads from initial interest to successful auction consignment.

• Multi-Channel Lead Engagement: Interact with potential clients via email, text, and phone, offering support at every stage of the pipeline to promote advancement through the funnel.

• Lead Conversion: Leverage your persuasive communication abilities to familiarize leads with the advantages of our auction consignment service and the My Collection: Comic Scanner app.

• Auction Estimates Assistance: Aid in providing auction estimates to leads and support the online auction process.

• Marketing Support: Partner with the Marketing department to promote auction events, with the goal of enhancing visibility, reach, and auction outcomes.

• Resource Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing resources to effectively handle leads and coordinate auctions, engaging with clients as necessary.

• Auction Event Support: Participate in organizing and managing auction events, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.

• Customer Inquiry Response: Address and manage incoming inquiries from customers regarding consigned auction events, focusing on comic-related questions to uphold high customer satisfaction.

• Comic Book Appreciation: Utilize your growing knowledge of comic books to provide assistance, aimed at enhancing the credibility and appeal of our service through informed discussions.
