Sales Associate, Patient Care Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls from potential patients.

• Establish trust and rapport swiftly over the phone.

• Inform callers about the medical cannabis certification process and the appointment experience.

• Confidently guide patients in booking their appointments.

• Achieve or surpass appointment conversion goals.

• Keep precise CRM notes and follow-up records.

• Remain updated on service enhancements and changes in regulatory processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in phone-based B2C sales or appointment setting.

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or conversion goals.

• Exceptional spoken English and strong telephone presence.

• Prior experience working remotely or from home.

• Willingness to work during US hours.

• Proficient computer skills and a quick learner of new systems.

• Must have a Windows-based computer (Mac is not supported).

• Operating system should be Windows 11.

• Minimum of 12–16 GB RAM required.

• Dual monitor setup is necessary.

• A functioning webcam is required.

• Capability to use Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.

• High-speed fiber internet connection (wired is mandatory).
