Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Operate under the supervision of the regional sales manager or country director to achieve objectives within a specified sales territory.

• Effectively promote Globus Medical products in alignment with the company's quality policy standards.

• Utilize a consultative sales strategy for both prospective and current surgeons in the designated region.

• Meet and surpass assigned performance goals by having a thorough understanding of Globus products and surgical methodologies.

• Offer technical support and guidance for all Globus Medical products during surgical procedures.

• Train and educate physicians, surgeons, and operating room personnel in hospitals on the application and indications of Globus Medical products.

• Observe and respond to competitors' actions while keeping current with market trends.

• Deliver monthly expense reports to the regional sales manager or country director.

• Collaborate with customer service and other administrative departments to ensure exceptional service delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Provide case support during after-hours and weekends as needed.

• Demonstrate proficiency and accuracy in word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), charting, flow-charting, and graph creation.

• Capable of problem-solving and interpreting issues, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.

• Able to comprehend a wide range of technical instructions presented in mathematical or diagrammatic form and handle multiple abstract and/or concrete variables.

• Must qualify for and retain privileges at all necessary hospitals.

• Experience in spinal device sales is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Fluency in German is required.
