This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The Sales Associate & Analyst – ISD will focus on driving demand generation, managing product portfolios, executing new product launches, and refining pricing strategies.
• Supervise marketing operations to ensure effective implementation of activation plans that align with business objectives.
• Design and implement integrated demand generation programs aimed at increasing pipeline growth and revenue.
• Strategize and execute targeted activation campaigns across various channels (digital, field, partner-led).
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are in sync with customer acquisition and conversion objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Oversee and enhance the PSD product portfolio to ensure it meets market demands and aligns with business strategy.
• Identify opportunities for growth, gaps, and rationalization within the portfolio.
• Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of new product introductions.
• Steer pricing strategies and execution in accordance with market dynamics and organizational goals.
• Manage the complete marketing operations process, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• 5–10 years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B, industrial, or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, portfolio management, and product launches.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in pricing and performance monitoring.
• Proficient in collaborating within cross-functional and matrix organizations.
