This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Ensure precise data and activity management within Salesforce.
• Conduct research on companies and identify decision-makers to create prospect lists.
• Send personalized outbound emails and make prospecting calls as required.
• Arrange meetings with qualified prospects for Sales Representatives.
• Assist Sales Representatives with research and preparation prior to meetings.
• Monitor responses and manage follow-up sequences after meetings.
• Work collaboratively with Sales Representatives to enhance outreach strategies.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred (Business, Marketing, or a related field).
• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales support, SDR, or lead generation.
• Excellent near-native English communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (such as Hubspot, Zoho, etc.).
• Experience with outbound email sequences and prospecting tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proven abilities in research, organization, and working independently.
