This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in generating leads and managing lead contact information, which includes adding and organizing contacts in CRM systems.
• Oversee calendar management and scheduling, encompassing appointments and follow-ups.
• Conduct both cold and warm calls to realtors for establishing business partnerships and recruiting new loan officers.
• Respond to messages from clients, realtors, and partners through email, text, and social media platforms.
• Develop and share marketing materials, such as flyers, presentations, and other promotional content.
• Update and maintain lead/contact tracker lists effectively.
• Upload and organize client documents in company systems like Encompass.
• Send and follow up on LinkedIn invitations and professional outreach efforts.
• Assist with basic content creation, including content calendars, graphics, and forms.
• Proficient in **Spanish and English**, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in CRM management, data entry, and scheduling tasks.
• Basic understanding of social media management and marketing content creation.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable with making calls and following up with clients and partners.

• LO One or similar loan officer management systems
• Encompass or other document management platforms
• Social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Metricool
