This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Present Zapier as a viable solution through live chat interactions (4+ hours) with customers.
• Develop a Sales Pipeline utilizing live chat queues and product qualified lead (PQL) emails.
• Sustain feedback loops within the organization to enhance the sales process.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a solutions engineer, technical account manager, or technical quota-carrying salesperson position within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage a high-velocity sales queue for extended durations throughout your day (Live Chat).
• Inherently curious about AI and frequently experiment with various AI tools to enhance work efficiency.
• Comfortable with the technical aspects of our product, API offerings, and creating solutions using these tools.
• Self-directed with a significant degree of autonomy to oversee your calendar, pipeline, and achieve quotas.
• Effective communicator across cultures with advanced English comprehension.
