This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Carefully update and maintain the HubSpot CRM and sales pipeline to ensure data accuracy and process effectiveness.
• Create and manage internal and client-facing reminders and follow-ups to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Offer comprehensive support for meetings and events, including preparation, professional introductions, and follow-ups after events.
• Conduct in-depth research on clients and events, handling all required signups and bookings.
• Manage complex calendar scheduling, requirements, and logistical arrangements.
• Effectively organize email inboxes, draft professional responses, send timely follow-ups, and proactively spot missed opportunities.
• Prepare high-quality emails for the sales team’s review to enhance communication workflows.
• Assist in the strategic preparation and development of impactful sales presentations.
• Outstanding written and verbal English proficiency is essential, including polished client correspondence and professional communication with stakeholders in the US.
• Highly organized, dependable, and proactive in identifying missed opportunities and managing sales workflows.
• Previous experience with CRM systems is necessary, with a strong preference for managing HubSpot CRM and maintaining pipelines.
• Skilled in managing complex inbox triage, calendar organization, and performing thorough strategic research.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to coordinating follow-ups with both internal and external stakeholders.
