This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• In this role, you will take charge of:
• Acquiring both practical and theoretical knowledge in the Commercial sector;
• Reaching out to prospective clients through phone calls, video conferences, WhatsApp, and email;
• Identifying and qualifying new and potential clients during the pre-sales and product validation phases;
• Articulating products and services to leads using a consultative sales approach tailored to the client’s primary needs;
• Evaluating and qualifying leads for the commercial consultants team;
• Assisting with product presentations;
• Aiding in the management of the sales funnel and maintenance of the account portfolio;
• Engaging in initiatives designed to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• To successfully carry out daily responsibilities, you will require:
• A fundamental understanding of programming concepts sufficient to discuss relevant topics with developers;
• Basic familiarity with Inside Sales and/or SDR activities;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• A focus on customer relationship management;
• Preferred (additional advantages):
• Previous experience in a Commercial/Sales position;
• Courses and/or certifications in IT or Sales;
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce;
• Knowledge of tools utilized in the field (e.g., customer service platforms and Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar);
• Basic understanding of sales techniques (SPIN, mental triggers, rapport, etc.).
• Flexible working hours with a 40-hour work week (core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM);
