This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Receive, validate, and input orders into the system.
• Address order inquiries from both internal and external customers.
• Authorize the creation of new customer profiles in Salesforce.
• Initiate the rush order process as required.
• Manage incoming phone calls efficiently.
• Aid in the communication and resolution of complaints from internal and external clients.
• Document received orders and customer amendments from internal/external clients by attaching them to the system.
• Process and monitor return orders and credit notes.
• Adhere to processes set forth by management for the department.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and departmental files.
• Understand and contribute to departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Approve customer registrations and ensure customer data remains current.
• Collaborate with all departments to achieve company deadlines and compliance with policies.
• Attend meetings as designated by management.
• Provide coverage for colleagues’ responsibilities during vacations and absences as necessary.
• Offer guidance and direction for initial customer contacts, documenting them in the system and referring them to the Sales team.
• Support communication between the salesperson and other departments within the company.
• Proven experience in industrial customer service.
• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
