This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the initial point of contact, nurturing and qualifying leads until handover, in close partnership with the CEO.
• Continuously enhance our sales processes to ensure an efficient sales workflow.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, and sales materials.
• Manage the CRM (HubSpot), pipeline, and forecasts.
• Conduct regular outreach to current customers to pinpoint upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and sales teams.
• Implement automation strategies to increase the efficiency of our sales team.
• Prepare for trade shows, webinars, and other events through research, scheduling appointments, and following up with leads.
• Maintain and enhance the CEO's LinkedIn profile.
• Several years of experience in inside sales or pre-sales, preferably in a B2B setting and with SaaS experience.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Regularly utilize LinkedIn for sales activities, outbound campaigns, and content development.
• Possess an analytical mindset to assess data, assist with lead scoring, and generate reports.
• Maintain a proactive, organized, and solution-focused working style along with clear written and verbal communication.
• Enjoy working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams while being open to contributing personal ideas.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
