Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• As a Personal Sales Assistant, you will act as the link between our company and our clients.

• You will reach out to customers via phone, follow up on quotes, and be responsible for maintaining client relationships.

• In your role as PSA, you will conduct follow-up calls on leads for your client.

• You will contact lukewarm to warm leads and aim to secure appointments for your client.

• This role involves genuine collaboration to maximize the potential of each day.

• You will be regarded as an extension of their sales department.

• You will truly engage in hybrid working with your contributions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum MBO level education.

• At least 2 years of commercial work and calling experience, such as in a (assistant) account manager, call center agent, or commercial internal staff role.

• Proficient computer skills and, if working from home, a fast/stable internet connection.

• A pleasant phone voice and excellent verbal and written command of the Dutch language.

• A service-oriented and meticulous attitude.

• An independent and entrepreneurial work ethic.

• Some business insight to think alongside the customer is a plus!
