Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Coordinate trial lessons for students.

• Enroll students into the system.

• Address inquiries via WhatsApp.

• Assist sales representatives with everyday tasks.

• Organize sales-related data within the system.

• Facilitate the operational workflow of the sales team.

• Ensure accurate completion of records and appointments.

• Strong communication skills (particularly in writing)

• Highly organized and disciplined

• Capability to adhere to established processes

• Consistency in daily operations

• Comfortable using technology

• Background in customer service or sales (preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once

• Proactive attitude and readiness to support the sales team
