This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver information to customers regarding product pricing, features, and availability.
• Develop proposals, quotes, and sales opportunities.
• Construct presentation formats and gather data for sales presentation preparations.
• Record all order-related activities across various systems.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding order statuses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing emails.
• Offer general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors.
• Execute ad hoc tasks related to the responsibilities outlined above.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.
• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US business hours.
• Proficient in iSuite software.
• Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is preferred.
• Knowledge of graphic design is an advantage.
