This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Customer management: Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
• Addressing customer inquiries and processing orders.
• Maintaining customer information within the CRM system.
• Scheduling and organizing business meetings.
• Managing and resolving complaints.
• Sales support: Creating quotes, presentations, and sales materials.
• Compiling and analyzing sales statistics.
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of sales initiatives.
• Aiding in the acquisition of new clients.
• Administrative duties: Providing phone support and managing general correspondence.
• Communication: Demonstrating confidence when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Organizational skills: Proficient in coordinating appointments and developing efficient processes.
• Analytical thinking: Capable of assessing sales figures and generating reports.
• Team player: Engaging in close collaboration with your team.
• Product knowledge: Essential to remain informed about product details.
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken skills; additional languages are advantageous.
• Ample creative freedom and opportunities for design.
• Close collaboration with the founding team.
