This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop, manage, and enhance a robust customer portfolio in your designated region.
• Market and sell commercial refrigeration equipment and services to B2B clients.
• Create and deliver persuasive commercial proposals in coordination with our Sales Back Office.
• Drive negotiations and confidently finalize deals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales & Project Support to provide accurate and competitive quotations.
• Activate marketing strategies alongside our Trade Marketing team.
• Participate in budgeting and provide reliable monthly sales forecasts.
• Track key performance indicators such as overdue accounts and inventory performance.
• A degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrable B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, cooling systems, or similar technical domains.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (C1 level).
• A proactive attitude and readiness to travel frequently.
• Strong IT skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, or similar tools is advantageous).
• A valid driver’s license.
