This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Design, launch, and enhance outbound prospecting campaigns utilizing email, LinkedIn, and phone channels.
• Create, segment, enrich, and sustain targeted prospect databases employing various sales and data tools.
• Develop and evaluate outreach messaging, which includes email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, and call scripts.
• Conduct discovery calls, sales presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Keep precise CRM records and monitor all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasting metrics.
• Build and lead a remote outbound sales team, comprising SDRs, cold callers, email specialists, and other sales support roles.
• Define team structure, hiring strategies, onboarding procedures, and performance expectations.
• Create sales playbooks, outreach frameworks, scripts, and operational processes.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance performance and conversion rates.
• Establish KPIs and reporting systems to ensure accountability and ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align outbound initiatives with the company's growth objectives.
• Work with marketing and client delivery teams to guarantee a seamless client experience.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline performance, activity metrics, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance outbound effectiveness and scalability.
• Over 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Director of Sales, or similar leadership position.
• Proven track record in hiring, onboarding, training, and managing Account Executives or Closers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams successfully.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Experience in creating sales processes, playbooks, KPIs, and accountability frameworks.
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into enhanced team performance.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in managing remote sales teams.
• Strong ownership mentality and results-driven leadership style.
• Highly motivated by performance-based compensation and revenue growth.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a marketing agency environment.
• Background in selling marketing services to U.S.-based businesses.
• Experience serving law firms, legal services organizations, or professional services firms.
• Experience reviewing sales calls and implementing coaching programs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and sales forecasting.
