Sales and Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and boosting occupancy rates.

• Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

• Oversee all social media accounts, ensuring the delivery of engaging and consistent brand content.

• Produce captivating content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and promotional materials.

• Track campaign performance, assess key metrics, and compile comprehensive marketing reports with actionable insights.

• Conduct market analysis to uncover tourism trends, competitive activities, and customer insights.

• Manage email marketing initiatives and digital advertising efforts to maximize return on investment.

• Collaborate closely with the reservations team to promote seasonal campaigns, packages, and special offers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, influencers, and media partners.

• Ensure uniform branding and messaging across all digital and print marketing channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated success in increasing accommodation occupancy and driving quantifiable sales growth.

• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, email marketing, and online advertising.

• Proficiency with website content management systems and understanding of SEO best practices.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret campaign results and market trends.

• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.

• Candidates must reside in Johannesburg or Cape Town.
