This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Monitor and analyze individual performance metrics while consistently enhancing communication and sales abilities.
• Perform follow-up calls with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any further requirements.
• Ensure seamless transitions to the legal team when clients are prepared to move forward.
• Regularly follow up with potential clients who have yet to engage our services.
• Keep precise and comprehensive records within CRM systems.
• Take responsibility for guiding each consultation towards a specific outcome, whether that be engagement, follow-up, or disqualification.
• Answer incoming leads and conduct consultations via phone and video calls.
• Assist potential clients in understanding the next steps while providing clarity and confidence, without offering legal advice.
• Conduct follow-up sales calls after intake and document client needs and expectations.
• Must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 05:30 p.m. PST.
• Required to have fluent communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in consultative sales or client-facing roles is highly preferred.
• Experience in legal, financial, or real estate sectors is advantageous.
• Comfortable managing multiple client interactions while keeping detailed documentation.
• Ability to work with performance metrics and strive for continuous improvement in results.
