This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Quickly respond to every incoming lead and promptly return calls, voicemails, texts, emails, and form submissions.
• Conduct confident and engaging sales conversations that are both helpful and natural.
• Guide leads through our pricing and services using straightforward and simple language.
• Follow up with customers after their cleaning service to ensure their satisfaction and request reviews.
• Manage scheduling changes, rescheduling requests, and customer inquiries as they arise.
• Maintain accurate notes in our CRM for every lead, quote, follow-up, and outcome.
• Ideally, you should have at least one year of sales or phone-based customer service experience.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
• You will need a personal setup at home that includes a reliable computer, smartphone, noise-canceling headset, stable internet connection, webcam, and a quiet workspace.
• Having a backup plan for internet outages is also advisable.
• Enjoy a fully remote position with fixed core hours for a predictable schedule.
• Access to clear playbooks, talk tracks, and templates to assist you in your work.
