• Oversee client interactions and facilitate enrollment growth through coordinated marketing initiatives.

• Develop and implement a content strategy for Instagram.

• Manage advertising campaigns and assess their performance.

• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest enhancements.

• Address inquiries with a warm and empathetic approach.

• Assist prospective students throughout the enrollment process.

• Conduct follow-ups with potential leads.

• Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems effectively.

• Support new students during their onboarding experience.

• Ensure seamless communication before and during programs.

• Uphold a supportive and consistent brand voice across all interactions.

• Represent and safeguard the brand's gentle, grounded, and empathetic tone.

• Ensure all written communications resonate with Helen's energy and philosophy.
