This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create and implement the Go-to-Market strategy for enterprise solutions, promoting the Asset Management portfolio to utility and industrial clients.
• Meet sales objectives by identifying, developing, and directing major campaigns to secure high-value, complex contracts.
• Utilize existing GE Grid Solutions capabilities and early-stage involvement in key grid projects to proactively incorporate and advocate for Asset Management solutions.
• Recognize and seize digital opportunities by cross-selling the wider GE portfolio to address specific client needs.
• Lead proposal teams in crafting innovative, customer-focused solutions; establish commercial agreements while utilizing global templates to guarantee service delivery.
• Train and mentor regional sales teams on best practices, processes, and tools to ensure consistent performance across regions.
• Use market data to refine regional strategies, initiate marketing campaigns, and boost brand visibility while ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the European electrical and utility markets, along with a solid foundation in the digital/software business and sales sector.
• Strong experience in Grid Automation/Services or related industrial sectors, including power generation and oil and gas.
• Willingness to travel and valid work authorization within the EU.
