This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators.
• Evaluate customer and prospect behaviors, product utilization, and retention metrics to influence company strategy.
• Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to design and execute initiatives that improve onboarding, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
• Work alongside Finance to create models and forecasts that guide strategic decision-making.
• Plan, oversee, and allocate customer and/or prospect territories.
• Clearly communicate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to essential stakeholders.
• Innovate and implement process enhancements to promote scalability.
• At least 6 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or related Finance roles (preferably in a startup or SaaS environment).
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (such as Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
• A skilled communicator capable of converting complex data into straightforward, actionable insights.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping, satisfaction metrics (NPS/CSAT), and customer success platforms like Gainsight, Catalyst, or ChurnZero.
• A self-driven individual with an innate curiosity and initiative.
