This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Development and implementation of sales strategies (YaraVita and YaraAmplix) tailored for specific territories and individualized customer sales plans (including potential, targets, revenue, and portfolio mix).
• Gather and analyze market intelligence data (including competition, focus crops, active ingredients, application strategies, positioning, market advancements, and commercial tactics).
• Execute the Market Action plan within the designated territories (including Trials, Demonstrations, Crop Shows, and Farmer Meetings).
• Monitor and report on performance against sales plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Manage orders (including implementation, delivery coordination, and after-sales support).
• Accountable for both Sell In and Sell Out initiatives.
• Facilitate sales efforts with distributors to end users (Retailers and farmers).
• Implement strategies for market entry and growth in market share for YaraVita and YaraAmplix products.
• Serve as a commercial reference point for YaraVita and YaraAmplix, addressing queries and assisting in effectively communicating our value propositions while ensuring proper technical and commercial positioning within the Yara solutions for key crops in the region.
• Assist the technical team in developing and executing the demand generation plan focused on YaraVita and YaraAmplix.
• Collaborate with the technical team to carry out post-sales activities and present outcomes to foster loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
• Work in partnership with local and regional teams (as necessary) across technical, sales, marketing, and agronomy functions.
• Support quality-related initiatives and organize training programs for Channel Partners on Product Management.
• M.Sc. in Agronomy or a relevant master's degree.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the field.
• Prior experience in the Foliar and/or Biostimulants market.
• Familiarity with the Agricultural sector.
• Strong business acumen, including planning, sales strategies, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of market and customer segmentation, along with a systemic approach to market development and marketing fundamentals.
• Proficient in leadership, communication, people management, conflict resolution, negotiation techniques, and persuasive abilities.
• A collaborative team player, capable of bringing together colleagues from various geographical regions.
• Self-starter, proactive, and eager to identify and pursue new opportunities.
