This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Promote and sell hardware, software, and technical components to both new and existing clients
• Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and successfully close sales
• Suggest solutions tailored to customer needs and technical specifications
• Monitor activity and manage your sales pipeline utilizing CRM software
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to guarantee an exceptional customer experience
• Technical expertise is essential (hardware, software, gaming knowledge, understanding latency, PC specifications, etc.)
• Proficient in English at an advanced level
• Strong ability in closing sales
• Must undergo Zoho training and learn how to establish connections before engaging with parts
• Equipment Specifications
• A laptop or desktop computer (Windows 10/11; MAC is incompatible with our system)
• Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB is recommended for optimal performance)
• Modern processor (Intel i5 or equivalent AMD Ryzen 3 or 5)
• SSD with at least 250 GB of storage
• USB headset featuring a noise-canceling microphone
• Reliable power and internet connection (minimum of 50 Mbps)
• Capability to connect via Ethernet
• Connectivity Requirements
• Minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed
• Wired (Ethernet) connection is highly preferred over Wi-Fi
• Competitive base salary (dependent on experience)
