This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and coordinate consultations with Visa Consultants.
• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, converting interest into confirmed appointments.
• Ensure that every potential client experiences a positive, professional, and welcoming interaction.
• Perform follow-ups with clients via SMS, email, and phone calls as needed.
• Continuously enhance your understanding of our services, advertisements, and client resources.
• Meet and exceed appointment-setting objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain precise client records and outcomes in the CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with team members and support departments to ensure smooth transitions.
• Identify recurring issues or concerns and report them to the Manager promptly.
• Actively seek opportunities to enhance processes and contribute ideas for team success.
• A minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent listening abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Professional telephone etiquette with a warm and persuasive tone.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and focused on achieving results.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Ability to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
