Sales Agent – Agent de vente

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Generate a sufficient number of prospects through telemarketing, direct mail leads, referrals from third parties (such as banks and insurance brokers), trade associations, and additional sources.

• Employ consultative sales techniques to oversee the entire sales cycle, which includes understanding the business needs of prospects, obtaining and submitting a complete application, identifying key accounts, and converting the application into a policy.

• Schedule weekly appointments with prospective clients.

• Conduct cold calls on a daily and weekly basis.

• Effectively demonstrate all features and benefits tailored to each individual customer.

• Cultivate and sustain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and perform follow-ups with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.

• Acquire market knowledge through research, engagement with trade associations, and development of relationships.

• Strategically plan and execute sales initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business management, finance, or a related field is required.

• 3-5 years of preferred experience in business-to-business sales within the financial services or credit industry.

• Extensive knowledge of global and local economic trends.

• Familiarity with Sales Funnel methodology and processes is essential.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to persuade, motivate, and influence internal stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Capability to engage with all organizational levels.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets through self-motivation, persistence, and determination.
