This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email platforms.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience with a strong emphasis on satisfaction and effective resolution.
• Foster and sustain positive relationships through clear and professional communication.
• Supply accurate and current information utilizing internal tools and systems.
• Meet individual and team performance objectives, including call-handling KPIs.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, accounts, and documentation.
• Consistently adhere to communication protocols and data protection regulations.
• Native or near-native proficiency in Italian, along with a minimum B2 level of fluency in English.
• Proven experience in customer service and handling contacts across various channels.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities coupled with active listening skills.
• High level of computer literacy and confidence in using multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization capabilities.
