This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
• Ensure that the sales force implements the business development programs and actions aimed at achieving the objectives.
• Responsible for all KPIs related to the client portfolio (Sell in, sell out, coverage, effectiveness, placement, brand tracking, channel development, perfect store, and displays).
• Analyze the market and competition to identify growth opportunities and improvements in sales service.
• Monitor and control the distributor's logistics area.
• Train and oversee the teams under your responsibility.
• Manage daily sales tracking reports and generate critical reports for decision-making.
• Negotiate with the distributor on monthly sales volumes, purchases, and indicators.
• Propose projects related to necessary changes in the Route to Market strategy to foster continued growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (considered a plus).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI.
• At least one year of experience in multinational companies or traditional channel firms.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, organizational skills, communication abilities, decision-making capacity, negotiation experience with clients, active listening, credibility and trustworthiness, and team management skills.
• No relocation support available.
