This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Identify and pursue new prospects to build a robust client base through networking.
• Promote products and services to current and potential clients by leveraging available resources.
• Guide prospects through the sales journey; comprehend customer needs, address objections, and finalize business transactions.
• Respond to client inquiries, ensuring their requirements are consistently fulfilled while explaining the features, benefits, and drawbacks of policies to enhance insurance plan sales.
• Optimize sales of suitable products that align with customer needs through the effective application of sales techniques.
• Meet or surpass sales goals while ensuring adherence to all sales objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain effective relationship management with clients.
• Keep abreast of insurance industry trends, competitive offerings, pricing, and generally gather relevant data.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales records and generate sales reports as needed.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

• A fixed monthly salary of 50,000.
• Commission on each insurance policy sold.
• Quarterly allowance.
