This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct calls from initial contact through to enrollment and payment.
• Maintain control of the conversation and ensure continuous engagement (no “send info and wait”).
• Utilize structured discovery techniques to identify goals, obstacles, and urgency.
• Address objections assertively without resorting to discounts.
• Request the decision and close the sale when appropriate.
• Oversee your own pipeline and follow-ups using Salesforce.
• Consistently achieve enrollment and revenue goals.
• Minimum of 4 years in a closing role (phone-based) where you have personally secured payments or commitments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle sales (not limited to lead generation or appointment setting).
• Proficient in leading discussions and asking for the sale.
• Strong skills in objection handling (price, timing, hesitation).
• Experience in managing your own pipeline and meeting targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Clear and confident spoken English, suitable for Australian customers.
