Sales Administrator – Policy Issue, Medical Stop Loss

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acts as the division expert for Plan Document evaluations, overseeing other A&H personnel in this domain and taking the initiative in the assessment and approval of Plan Documents and amendments.

• Communicates with producers, brokers, TPAs, and/or underwriters to gather necessary information for Plan Document assessments.

• Balances customer service needs, stop loss carrier mandates, and the complexities related to Plan Document evaluations.

• Keeps all pertinent electronic files, records, and databases organized and up to date.

• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with insurance plan documents or policy language, or other relevant experience in analyzing benefit plan language.

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable role is preferred but not mandatory.
