Sales Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Support the sales team by handling sample requests, quotes, and form requests, while exploring alternative products for order inquiries when necessary.

• Ensure customer artwork complies with product imprint specifications/requirements and forward it to the graphic art team for proof creation and processing.

• Confirm proofs with customers and return them to the graphic art team as required.

• Work closely with suppliers to guarantee the accuracy of orders and timely delivery.

• Address incoming site chat requests, email inquiries, and queued calls, while following up with clients regarding proof of delivery, accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

• Proficient basic computer skills.

• Experience in sales and customer service.

• Background in call center operations.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
