This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Ensure that revenue enablement tools are provisioned and supported accurately (including users, permissions, groups, and licenses) according to established SOPs.
• Organize request intake efficiently, providing clear status updates and timely responses.
• Carry out tasks related to the core technology stack.
• Perform routine maintenance and hygiene tasks as outlined in documented SOPs.
• Monitor support channels (such as Slack support channels) and the Notion request form.
• Log each request in Notion.
• Maintain clear status updates from request intake through to closure, ensuring timely communication.
• Escalate issues that go beyond SOPs or require approval as per the escalation guidelines.
• Submit and track vendor/IT tickets as necessary; keep a simple ticket log (including status, ETA, and impact) and document resolutions for recurring issues.
• Provision new users across essential tools (Salesloft, Gong, Seismic, Leadbeam, Sales Nav, and Sendoso).
• Maintain roles, groups, and permissions where applicable; ensure team structure is up-to-date (including team swaps and vertical/segment changes).
• Offboard users by removing access and deactivating profiles in accordance with SOP and within SLA.
• Keep track of the license inventory (assigned vs. available) and report any license needs to the Rev Enablement owner.
• Conduct monthly usage audits in core tools and share insights with stakeholders.
• Assign training paths for new hires where defined.
• Send reminders for any incomplete lessons.
• Maintain content hygiene as assigned (including naming conventions, tags, and archiving/retiring content per direction).
• Create Groups and Smart Groups as necessary.
• Assign phone numbers and SMS capabilities as required; assist with international number requests.
• Upload approved content and adhere to naming conventions.
• Audit low-performing or infrequently used cadences and provide a summary; deactivate or archive only when instructed.
• Add keyword trackers as assigned.
• Input pre-written Smart Tracker/scorecard prompt content.
• Post enablement updates to Slack using provided templates; schedule messages upon request.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supporting revenue/sales enablement or sales operations tools.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive operational workflows.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to triage and route requests effectively.
• Capability to adhere to SOPs and document steps/results for repeatable tasks.
