This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of sales acceleration initiatives aimed at enhancing seller productivity and expanding sales capacity.
• Analyze and identify workflow inefficiencies within sales and related commercial processes using lean problem-solving techniques and continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline current processes, establish future workflows, and execute scalable enhancements.
• Aid in the deployment of automation, AI-driven tools, and data-centric solutions that minimize manual tasks and enhance responsiveness.
• Support the introduction and adoption of tools and workflows such as intent data, contact data, and account intelligence solutions.
• Assist in creating seller-focused playbooks, training materials, and efforts aimed at workflow adoption.
• Help in collecting, organizing, and centralizing data necessary for continuous improvement and program governance.
• Facilitate feedback loops from the sales team and gather insights on seller challenges to prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Aid in the development of dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and program tracking to evaluate impact and progress.
• Contribute to strategic account support initiatives, including account intelligence, stakeholder mapping, and proactive pipeline enhancement.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, marketing operations, business operations, process improvement, or a related field.
• Previous experience working within or alongside sales and/or marketing teams is advantageous.
• Proven ability to analyze processes, recognize inefficiencies, and support enhancement initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration skills with the capacity to work across various functions and organizational levels.
• Proficient in handling data, tools, and process documentation.
• A genuine interest in automation, AI, workflow design, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with lean principles, Kaizen, or structured problem-solving methodologies is preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
