This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Proactively acquiring clinics through phone and email communication
β’ Dispatching capacity and informational emails to clinics and discharge management teams
β’ Building, nurturing, and enhancing relationships with clinics
β’ Organizing appointments and coordinating meetings effectively
β’ Supporting the organization of new admissions
β’ Keeping track of and documenting contacts (e.g., using a CRM system)
β’ Aiding in the development and distribution of marketing materials
β’ Preferably prior experience in proactive customer outreach, acquisition, or sales
β’ Strong capability to foster relationships, create opportunities, and maintain long-term contacts
β’ Comfortable with making phone calls, including cold outreach
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
β’ Organized approach to work with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
β’ Proficient with email applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
β’ Formal qualifications are not mandatory β a nursing background is appreciated but not essential
β’ Essential attributes include a strong sales acumen, self-motivation, and a grasp of the healthcare sector
