This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Become a Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with C-level executives and technical leaders to gain a thorough understanding of their strategic challenges and demonstrate how our AI platform effectively addresses their fundamental operational and financial issues.
• Refine the GTM & Sales Playbook: Take an active role in enhancing our go-to-market and sales strategies, which includes refining the ideal customer profile (ICP), contributing to our sales methodology, and assisting in the tracking of metrics and KPIs that gauge success.
• Own the Full Cycle: Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and lead generation through to delivering engaging product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and finalizing complex, high-value agreements with industry leaders.
• Build a Data-Driven Pipeline: Create and implement data-led outbound and inbound strategies to establish a strong and predictable revenue pipeline. Master our CRM to effectively manage your workflow and generate accurate forecasts.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: As a vital member of the GTM team, relay direct market and customer insights to Product and Engineering to ensure we develop solutions that meet market needs.
• Leverage Modern Software and Automations: Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline and enhance daily operations, continually innovating and pushing the limits of what is achievable.
• A "Figure-it-Out" & Hunter Mentality: You are a proactive problem-solver and self-motivated individual who excels in uncertain environments, with an unwavering determination to establish new business from the ground up.
• Boardroom Capable: Proficient in navigating complex multi-stakeholder enterprise discussions and exuding confidence and credibility when engaging with VP/C-level executives.
• Digitally Native, Data-Driven & AI-Capable: Skilled with contemporary systems and comfortable with concepts such as data, funnels, and conversion rates. Able to create reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics and leverage modern AI tools to streamline and expedite workflows.
• Exceptional Communicator: Possess outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating intricate technical concepts in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
• Professional fluency in both German and English is crucial.
• Must be located in Munich, Berlin, or Münster.
• Energy Expertise: Demonstrated experience and a solid understanding of energy markets.
• True Startup Experience: Background as a founder or an early employee (in a team of less than 20) with a proven capacity to thrive in settings where you help build and scale commercial processes.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling complex software or technical solutions to the manufacturing, industrial, or energy sectors.
• B2B SaaS Sales Knowledge: Ideally possessing experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of success.
