This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
β’ Inbound Leads β Quickly respond to incoming inquiries with a consultative mindset. Effectively qualify prospects, customize solutions to meet their requirements, and achieve a high conversion rate. Our prospects reach out with specific issues, and your responsibility is to guide them towards a resolution that alleviates their concerns.
β’ Reviving Lost Opportunities β Actively reconnect with archived or inactive leads using strategic offers (for instance, converting a declined one-time service into a recurring monthly subscription or adjusting a premium service into a more affordable option).
β’ Strategic Outreach β Utilize geographic targeting to enhance route density and improve service efficiency within priority markets.
β’ Customer Expansion β Engage in thoughtful follow-ups after services to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and transform one-time clients into loyal subscribers.
β’ Upselling & Cross-Selling β Spot opportunities between scheduled services to suggest βtop-offβ treatments, thereby increasing convenience and lifetime customer value.
β’ Sales Discipline β You possess a proven history of consistently and accurately updating CRM systems, ensuring reliable forecasting and pipeline transparency.
β’ Consultative Closing Skills β You excel at attentive listening, educating clients, and closing deals with above-average conversion rates.
