This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Establish and nurture relationships and sales revenue with designated clients by comprehending their needs and crafting customer-centric solutions.
• Concentrate on organizations and clients where The Institutes can make a significant impact and create substantial revenue opportunities.
• Develop virtual selling capabilities pertinent to assigned accounts.
• Leverage market intelligence, social media, and networking opportunities to foster relationships with prospects, stakeholders, and influencers.
• Collaborate with local industry associations to access association membership and corporate clientele.
• Partner closely with the President – Agent & Broker Group to achieve overall revenue targets.
• Log sales activities in the CRM promptly and meet or exceed sales activity benchmarks.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned.
• A college degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in sales or client management.
• Experience in the risk management and insurance sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Capability to develop and maintain robust industry relationships.
• Aptitude for retaining business, closing sales, proactively seeking new business, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, creativity, and innovation.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Competence in identifying, observing, and analyzing problems and data.
• Skill in formulating business questions and pursuing insights.
• Ability to assess alternatives, risks, and rewards when making decisions.
• Capability to collaborate across organizational boundaries.
• Ability to maintain ongoing communication from a remote/home office.
• Willingness to travel moderately throughout the year; weekend travel may be necessary for conferences and meetings.
